30-Days Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Within 30 days after the date of purchase, you can return your undamaged ZeroLemon product or package to receive a full refund for ANY reason. If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay for the return shipping costs.

Replacement Warranty for Quality-Related Issues

Below is the replacement warranty of different products:

  • 180 Days - TriCell Extended Battery / Razor Armor, Protector, Extended Battery Casing Only / USB Hubs / USB Chargers
  • 365 Days Warranty – Slim Power, Slim Juicer/External Battery / iMemStick
  • 2 Years Warranty – Lightning MFi Cables
  • 36 Months – Solar Power Bank
  • Lifetime – 9H Screen Protector / Replacement Battery
  • Final warranty is subject to the description on the product.

Please note, for any replacement and refund, you will need to return the defective product within 2 weeks after we give you the RMA No. to send the defective product back to us.

Ordered Wrong Products

Currently, we cannot exchange for another product if you buy the wrong item. But, you can reject the parcel and contact us for refund.

Return & Replacement Shipping Policy

Limitations

  • Our returns and exchange service is limited to all purchases made from ZeroLemon. If you purchased through a different retailer, please contact them directly.(Unauthorized reselling of ZeroLemon products is prohibited.)
  • Warranty-related shipping costs can only be covered in the country of purchase.
  • If the product is taken outside the country of purchase, any shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
  • For international shipping, it may take at least 20-40 days to receive the product(s) after order is placed. Please note that for some regions, tracking is not available. 

Friendly reminder: When submitting tickets for help, be sure to provide the Order ID/Product Name to us.

Note: We don't offer replacement any more once the purchased product(s) is beyond the replacement warranty period.
